Did you know...
Back pain is one of the biggest causes of sick days (although many employees will give a different reason) with 23.7% of sick days being caused by musculoskeletal problems in 2016 (and this percentage has been steadily increasing since). Mental health issues such as anxiety, stress and depression are also high on the list.
Here at Pressure Point we believe that immune function will be improved with massage, yoga, meditation, better posture, self-esteem, positivity and focus are also some of the main benefits of our workplace wellness services.
"We are proud that we become the world best Chair massage technique, also proud to say that in our 2019 satisfaction surveys we were rated 4.9 or above out of 5 by 299 out of 300 clients and we look forward to welcoming you soon."

Tips for Health
At the office
Top tips for a healthy spine, at the Office,
- Take the time to set your desk up properly, or get a workstation assessment from HR
- Walk to a colleagues desk rather than using the phone or email
- Keep a small glass of water on your desk, and refill it when it's empty
- Stand up to take phone calls
- Be the person in the office who makes the teas and coffees!
At Home
Top tips for a healthy spine, at home!
- Allow your back to warm up for the first 30 minutes of the day before loading it with heavy physical activity (eg exercise, gardening)
- Avoid prolonged sitting - don't fast forward TV adverts, get up for a couple of minutes instead.
- Eat well - your diet can have a surprisingly large impact on your spinal health
- Stay hydrated - muscles and joints need adequate hydration to function properly
- Get a good night's sleep - sleep deprivation causes stress and tension to accumulate in the body and particularly neck and upper back.
